With Travis needing to add all of the coasters at Carowinds to his
coaster count...
...It was time for him to take Wilderness Run for a spin.
These family coasters from E&F Miler are great little coasters that are
so much fun.
Even though this model is just sixteen feet tall and a little over four
hundred feet long it has a ton of airtime.
Wilderness Run is just stupendously fun and I'd have zero issues if
every park had one. They are small, they are full of thrills for
such a small coaster, and they are just plain a joy to ride.
On a side note Carowinds has two additional kid sized coasters.
There is the wooden Woodstock Express that was built by the Philadelphia
Toboggan Company back in 1975 and the Kiddie Hawk Vekoma suspended
family coaster that opened in 2003. Unfortunately in the almost
thousand pictures I took during our day at Carowinds I forgot to take
pictures of the two of them.
