Each pass on The Joker sends you higher and higher, as well as
faster and faster.
Just wanting to note as someone who can't take a lot of spinning on
rides, outside of the pendulum motion, The Joker: Carnival of
Chaos does not spin fast enough to to make me sick. If you do
get sick this is the first ride at Six Flags St. Louis with a hose
and a drain built into the ride platform for easy cleaning.
With each swing The Joker sends you higher and higher which means at
the bottom of the swing you are going faster and faster.
At the top of the swing The Joker: Carnival of Chaos sends you
a hundred and seventy-two feet in the air. Getting to the
apogee The Joker slows to a stall leaving you just hanging there for
a few seconds before gravity kicks in and you once more head back
down to Earth. When you reach the top loop up and you'll be
given a nice view of the world beneath you upside down.
The Joker: Carnival of Chaos sits on the site where the old
Dragon's Wing upcharge skycoaster used to sit on. It is wedged
between Supergirl on one side and the Six Flags Railroad and Rookie
Racer on the other side.
