Rookie Racer has a great layout with plenty of twists and turns.  On top of that Six Flags St. Louis really "plussed" this ride with audio that adds top the racing theming.



What really makes me smile is Rookie racer doesn't have onboard audio but it feels like it does because the park placed speakers all around the ride and then timed out the recording so what's coming out of the speakers matches what's happening on the ride.  It is a wonderfully low tech was of adding to the ride experience.



The legendary John Allen designed Screamin' Eagle was flying during our exclusive ride time.



For our behind the scenes tour for this years Daredevil Daze we headed up the hill to take a walk around the Eagle.



Having gotten to walk around The Boss, go into Mr. Freeze's infield, and do a loop of the park walking on the parks train tracks the Eagle tour seems to be everyone's favorite.
