As the temperature crept above 40 degrees the coasters of Silver Dollar City began to show signs of life as they started testing.



 So we were all off to Time Traveler.  Thankfully Mike and myself were pretty close to the front of the line as it turns out that Time Traveler has to have temps over 41 degrees to operate.  If it dips beneath that temperature they have to shut the ride down.  It turns out that due to mother nature the operating window for Time Traveler this day was only half an hour .



A ride that can operate all the way down into the 30's is Thunderation.  Here is Chris Foshee from Worlds of Fun and Billy Olson heading out on their first ever ride on this masterpiece.



There is Billy's traveling partner the legendary Brian "Waterboy" Lydy getting his Thunderation on.



"Fra-gee-lay...it must be Italian" 

The leg lamp in that crate doesn't look like the one from "A Christmas Story" that had the "soft glow of electric sex" emanating from it.
