An Old Time Christmas 2011

Just a few more rays of light before darkness en
veloped Silver Dollar
City. Both of us really looked forward to the night because yes Silver
Dollar City's coasters are great in the daytime but in the black of night
they were really wild. I wish Silver Dollar City would stay open late
more because all of you really need to fly over Powder Keg's first hill,
dive down into the trees on Thunderation or roll through Wildfire's Immelmann
with nothing but darkness around you.

There are Christmas lights everywhere at Silver Dollar City. I've
got to respect the crew that strings all of them up because I'd go nuts
doing it.

Geyser Gulch is a huge three story tall interactive play area and Bond and
I spent some time playing around in it mostly shooting foam balls at each
other.
Here's a look at the Christmas Tree in Silver Dollar City's square as we
worked our way out of the park after an extremely successful day at the
park. We ended up getting well over fifteen rides each on Powder Keg,
Wildfire and Thunderation including rides on the Giant Swing, Galleon, Flooded
Mine, Fire In The Hole and Grand Exposition Coaster.
That day at Silver Dollar City was a perfect way to end a great coaster
season.
Both Bond and I had a blast riding with you all this year and sharing our
adventures with you as well. We look forward to seeing you in 2012
as we hit many more parks in the US as well as head to
Canada
for the Negative-G 2012 Road Trip.
Thank you and see you all at the parks.
