Lightning Run is an unrelenting thrill packed coaster that really blew me away.



Lightning Run's trains look like a mix between Speed Racers Mach 5 car or a Hot Wheels car.



With the trains looking very Hot Wheels-ish it is no surprise that the two Mattel Parks that are being built in Arizona and Kansas will both feature Hot Wheels themed Chance Hyper GT-X coasters.



What's surprising is that in the eleven years between Lightning Run's opening and now more parks haven't purchased a Chance Hyper GT-X as this ride so much fun.



I'm sure that the price tag for one now is more than the $7 million that Kentucky Kingdom paid in 2014.  Even if it were $14 million these would be great coasters to drop into some of the smaller to mid sized Six Flags parks.
