Thunderbird is an absolute favorite of mine.  It is a wing coaster by Bolliger & Mabillard.



Thunderbird foregoes the traditional lift hill and instead has a magnetic launch that rockets riders out of the barn from zero up to sixty miles an hour in three point five seasonds.



After the launch Thunderbird sends you up into a Immelmann inversion...



...that inverts you a hundred and forty feet in the air before rolling you out of the loop and into a dive before...



...sending you up and over again into the rides second of four inversions before sending you out into the woods for some more fun.

Shockingly the experience with a slow moving and lethargic crew that we had on Good Gravy was repeated at Thunderbird with each train sitting on the brake run for minutes as the train in the station was slowly loaded.  Looking over at Bond as we sat on the brake run waiting I asked Bond: "Are we at Six Flags Holiday World?"
