The Copperhead Strike Roller Coaster at Carowinds Theme Park, Charlotte North & South Carolina

With one more pop of air Copperhead Strike comes speeding into the brake run. This coaster is definitely a must ride at Carowinds.

One thing that I wanted to touch on is that Carowinds really has a nice collection of flat rides including a nice Huss Troika ride called the Do-Si-Do.

Aeronautica Landing Carowinds Theme Park, Charlotte North & South Carolina

One part of Carowinds that really impressed me theming wise was Aeronautica landing. As North Carolina was the first state with powered flight when the Wright Brothers took off from Kitty Hawk North Carolina back in 1903 this is an absolute perfect historical fit to Carowinds theming.

The Air Walker at Carowinds Theme Park, Charlotte North & South Carolina

Everything in Aeronautica Landing is themed to the hilt including the Air Walker ride.

The Air Walker is a Zamperla Disk-O ride that rocks back and forth while the car spins.
