The White Lightnin' rollercoaster at Fun Spot America Orlando, Florida

As you can see by all of the hair that is airborne in this photo if you love the negative-g's like myself you won't be disappointed by White Lightning.

One of the things that I wish the amusement park industry would stand up and notice about little coasters like White Lightning or the Gravity Group designed Wooden Warrior at Quassy Amusement Park is that you don't have to go massive with an equally massive budget to make a great ride.

For example Orion at Kings Island cost $30 million dollars.

Cedar Fair has twelve parks.  If they took that $30 million and put it into fun little coasters like this they could add a new coaster to eight of their parks.

The return on investment for eight fun rides that everyone over 46 inches tall could enjoy the heck out of has to be significantly easier than one coaster for $30 million.  While yes I love me a big giga coaster like Orion but I'd rather see eight fun as hell coasters like White Lightning pop up at parks like Worlds of Fun or Valleyfair that haven't seen a new coaster or well over a decade.
