Firehawk Demolition

Enthusiast coaster & amusement park chatter about whatever. If it's not about coasters & parks, it'll go to the garbage file. Keep it on-topic and flame-retardant, please.

Firehawk Demolition

The park hasn't said a word about it or provided any updates, but the demolition contractor (who also took down SOB) has posted a few things.

I have only rode one Flying Dutchman, and that was Nighthawk at Carowinds. I wasn't a fan.

I've only ridden Firehawk, and while it wasn't terrible, it was probably my least favorite coaster in the park. I'm excited to see what's in store for this plot of land!

^ I would be very surprised if it ended up not being a giga

That's what I've been thinking too. I thought I saw some permits a while back that listed B&M for their 2020 project, and I feel like a giga is the way to go for them. I'm curious to see what they'll name it, and how it'll interact with the terrain.
