Roar is closing!

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom has announced that Roar will be closing on August 16, 2015. Take your final ride on it as it pretty much confirms it will be getting the RMC Iron Horse Treatment. Image

I rode that coaster *once* when I was there last year for Coaster Con.

For the credit only.

Well if SF is going to pony up the cash to do a Rocky Mountain makeover of Roar they better get off their asses and have RMC do The Boss as it is unable to run for 40% of the season.
