Kings Island Racer

Post by Trackwalker » Tue Jun 28, 2011 5:32 am

Kings Island Racer was designed by John Allen of the Philadelphia Toboggan Company and built in 1971 and opened in 1972 when Taft Broadcasting first opened their new park called Kings Island, which replaced Coney Island on the Ohio River in Cincinnati, Ohio. The Racer was a brand new roller coaster and none of the wood from the old Shooting Star at Coney Island was put into the Racer. The Shooting Star was demolished about a year after Kings Island opened. I included a model of the Eiffel Tower with the Racer. Since No Limits doesn't permit two separate coasters in one sim, I had to cross over the tracks to make this a racing coaster.
