What 5 Parks Do You Wish Were Closer To You?

While texting Greg the other day while he was at Silver Dollar City I said that I really wished that it was a lot closer to me as I'd love to be able to hop in the car and in a short span of time get there. That got me thinking which 5 parks do I wish were closer to me.

Here is my list:

1. Silver Dollar City - I need to have Outlaw Run close to me!
2. Knoebels - It would be awesome to have chicken fries, birch beer, the Phoenix, Flyers and a Fascination Parlor close by.
3. Canada's Wonderland - Leviathan and what is the best park in the Cedar Fair chain. Yes it has three horrible rides but the rest of the park is so great.
4. The Magic Kingdom - I'd love to be able to hit the classics like the Tiki Room, Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain and BTMRR in an afternoon.
5. Six Flags Over Georgia - Mindbender and Goliath, enough said.

What 5 parks do you need to have nearby?

outside of my home park (Canada's Wonderland - good choice, Paul) :

Dollywood (I was just talking about this the other day!)
Knoebels (bumper cars, flying skooters, and the Phoenix. Where do I sign up?)
SFOG (my favourite Six Flags park - always great ACE events, and I love Goliath and Mindbender)
Galaxyland (never been there, but it would be great to have a year round indoor park near me, and hey who does not love year round access to a Schwartzkopf?)
Kings Island (my favourite non-CW Cedar Fair park. That park introduced me to the world of being an enthusiast)

I am curious how cool KD is going to look with all of that retro theming coming back in. I just wish SFGAM would bring back the pool of blood, jets of blood and the original Demon's logo with the drain pipe, smoke and eyes.

One of these years Greg I would love to tackle the "Around the World" challenge with you. Heck that would be an amazing Negative-G day. We should make this happen some day.
