Counting Down To Opening Day

Enthusiast coaster & amusement park chatter about whatever. If it's not about coasters & parks, it'll go to the garbage file. Keep it on-topic and flame-retardant, please.

One thing that I really look forward to more than the coasters is spending time with some good friends during the coaster season. So here are a few pics of good friends of mine at Worlds of Fun.

I can't wait to grab a few rides with you all this season.

Another tagline for Millennium Force has to be 'Hands up in the sky. The best relax moment EVER'. It never gets old.' : )

Here's some shots of the Whizzer for today.

Here's Bond trying to chain himself to the Whizzer to keep them from ripping it down back in 2002.

Whizzer is a tame coaster but has got some feeling as we would get a plenty of tree choppers, that looks too enough to stick our hands out to the branches or leaves. : )

I heard Foghat's "Slow Ride" on the radio so today I just had to throw up Fun Spot's Afterburner for today's pictures.

That coaster and it's paint job are so 70's.

Looks like the painting has already come out of the track, and it does give me a feeling
like the ride is really going to break down as it doesn't seem to be in a pretty good shape.

But 'Afterburner' should keep delivering a LOT of fun, for the classic looper fanatics.

Good eye. They did have an incident with this ride a few years ago. The train go stuck in the loop.

Well seems my opening day has been pushed back a week due to the weather :| And it looked so inviting when I passed by it yesterday.

I know I have been bad at keeping up with this weekend due to being extremely busy so thinking of those in Atlanta who weren't riding this weekend here is the Mindbender.

Yeah I so would love to say like Mindbender at Six Flags Over georgia truly gets the most out of the woods and a plenty of up and downs to keep the wonderful speed on. : )
