Kempo? Sweet. I got my third brown belt in Kempo Jujitsu and the 3 hour beating of a test was one of the hardest things ever. Every 5 minutes I had a new person to fight. I was drenched with sweat and was sore for weeks. Good times.

Our black belt test is a 2 day affair of about 4 hours each day. A good time will be had by all black belts but me. But at the end? I'll be extremely happy. I might be a little sore at DDD still, but at 38, I may bounce back fast
