New clip: http://www.imdb.com/video/hulu/vi2090051865/

If we do the drinking game, there is at least one Jaws reference in this scene.

LMAO at the Looney Tunes-style shark head peeled back like Elmer Fudd's rifle barrel after Bugs sticks his finger in it.

Also at the explosion when the guy running with the barstool (WTF?) gets rolled over by the Ferris wheel.

If you missed it the first time, SHARKNADO is going to air again in fifteen minutes.

That's 6pm Central time.

We watched it last night...DVR'd it the first time. Carrie saw it and did face palm after face palm.

I noticed a lot of stuff I didn't see the first time... like the car on the street driving under the crashed Ferris wheel like it was no big deal.
And the smoking helicopter falling from the sky being a totally different type of chopper than what the guy was flying.

And did you watch "Blast Vegas" afterward?
It was even better!

It has been reported that Tara Reid will not be doing the Sharknado sequel.

I've already started a facebook campaign to get Betty White into the sequel instead.

There's a precedent for it. She was in another b-grade monster flick called "Lake Placid" that has achieved cult status primarily because of Ms White's few minutes of screen time and what might possibly be the best "go to hell" line ever uttered in film (at the end of this clip)

Not exactly safe for work, depending on where you work, so approach with caution.

Like it's hard for the producers to find someone who looks ok and can act like cardboard to replace her. I totally second Betty White as she made Lake Placid.

I followed up my post on the Sharknado Facebook page that this time there should be a villain. Maybe someone inspired by the naturally-occuring sharknado in LA who invents a device to cause sharknados at his command.
We already know the sequel will be set in NYC, so the plot involves Tara Reid (who, according to her Twitter feed, still says she's going to be in it) getting munched very early on in the movie, like the woman in Psycho. Then we find out that the sharknado was man-made. Enter Betty White, who plays Tara Reid's grandmother (and former munitions expert) who wants revenge for her granddaughter's death... and she's pissed at both the mad scientist AND the sharks.
At some point, we'll need her to scale the Empire State Building ala King Kong and battle all the flying sharks.

I could totally write this.
