Dollywood ?'s

Post by johnny.ink » Mon Mar 23, 2015 2:38 pm

Hey All-

Draven and I will be hitting Dollywood as our first stop on our Spring Fling trip. I've done some reasearch and found some good deals on parking (parking at Patriot Park Trolley for only 50 cents person ) and found a descent deal on a hotel for the night (some small one called Norma Dan).

What I'm looking for is a good deal on their tickets - let's just say they are more expensive then I would have thought, so if I can save $5 per person then I'm all for it etc.

Also, we will be there on April 10th, has anyone been there that early before? Shall I assume that lines will be non-existant since it's that early in the season? Also, if folks are in there area and wanna meet up with us like Kat and husband pm me and let me know!

John

You could go through a time share presentation for free tickets but they are hyper pushy and rude if you don't buy. I'd skip that.

Not really is you want to deal with a pitch, badgering and harassment for two hours.

If you plan to visit SDC this year, check out their deal. In the past, I think an SDC pass gave you 50% off a DW ticket. Therefore, buying a pass to one park would make it worth the money.

i believe an ACE membership gets you $5 off one day pass.

Also, if you buy a one day ticket and enter after a fixed time in the afternoon (3 hrs before closing), the ticket is good through the next day

Friday shouldn't be that crowded, and most of the people will probably be doing the shows.

Not sure of the trolley's path, but you could park at The Island for free and ride the trolley to the park.
