Holiday World let out a video telling what they have planned for the Legend at this link:

I really like what they are doing to an already fantastic coaster!

My big question is should we count The Legend 2.0 as a new credit?

I just want them to replace the top level of steel at the bottom of the dip that goes into the helix as it has been rough as hell for a decade. Whenever they have replaced wood there they always put the steel back when that is the problem.
Life is short....have fun!

I agree with that as that entrance is the toughest part and kind of detracts from the fun of the helix. I hope they go through and retracked the entire coaster.

One thing I was surprised about was their choice of GCI over the Gravity Group. Does the GG do retracking?

GG goes not do the build work themselves but the people they get to build their rides do retracking. It is interesting seeing GCI getting in the door of HW.

No, Paul! It does not count as a new credit. :)

If we do that, every time a coaster gets reprofiled we'll have this debate. lol

So many are. There is someone - I can't for the life of me remember who - that counts both sides of Racer, plus an additional credit for backward, along with SOB pre-loop and post-loop removal. I think 5 credits for two coasters might be a bit much. :) That said, I do count each side of Racer as a credit since they can be...and so often are...run independently. But...forward and backward are still the same track. That to me is like counting Legend once for G-trains and once for PTCs. (Please tell me you don't. lol)
