Kentucky Kingdom Gets Storm Chaser For 2016

Post by Paul Drabek » Mon Jul 20, 2015 5:52 pm

Today Kentucky Kingdom announced what pretty much everyone knew that they were transforming what was once Twisted Sisters/Twisted Twins into a Rocky Mountain Coasters steel/hybrid coaster. Storm Chaser removes the second track from Twisted Twins/Sisters and creates a brand new very sick and twisted coaster out of it.

I like the looks of it.

I really like the first drop. This is going to rock.

I have to say that I am really looking forward to heading to the Kingdom in 2016 to give Storm Chaser and "The Run's" (Lightning and Thunder) a ride. My big hope is that Kentucky Kingdom builds a transfer track for this ride with a second train as they are going to need the capacity.

See there Gump I actually said good things about Kentucky Kingdom.

Have fun!

Mark Brunner - a friend who works at Kentucky Kingdom in Management - stated they are using 2 trains on this ride.
