The Mind-E-Racer

Well, this week is spring break, so I thought I would start off right by creating a roller coaster in RCT2! It is a racer that has a lot of airtime and lateral G's. That is what I look for in a coaster, so that is what I make. Enjoy! (Oh and btw if you want the file pm me your email address) :)

I would raise the ride up a little. The station needs alot of work go ahead and make one. They make the coaster look better. Overall it's a little un realistic. Good job though looks like you are having fun :D

Joe, thanks!

Posterchild, I actually just placed it in a workbench type of scenario that I created to rmake Holiday World someday and the goal for that scenario is to keep the park rating up. The park was closed hence the park ratings drop! :D

Klockster, I do not like really long queues. I like to keep them short because it allows me to add more trees and such. Making the queues longer just makes the peeps mad because they have to wait longer.

Raven, I have not yet mastered constructing stations. It is something that I am working on, but if I made one now, it just would not look that good. I tried to make it as realistic as possible, but the supports (actually lack of) in the game would prevent this from being a reality. I am having fun!

Yeah I have to agree about the queues. The guests think "I've been queueing forever!" But then again - with a short queue, it fills up real quick - and if it is full - unlike in real life - the line will not extend out the entrance. But I guess its just a judgement thing. I mean if you make it really long - it will still fill up - and it decreases guests happiness. Well - theres always QTV.

I have yet to really figure out how to play RCT2. I can make rides - but they aren't great. And my parks pretty much suck. I plop down a ride then have this long queue and exit path going to it. Imagine a whole park where every rides queue was like Top Gun at PKI.
