Don't have a pic of it, but I miss the Mill Race log ride at Cedar Point. They took it out to put in Raptor. It was Waterboy's first log ride WAY, WAY, WAY back when. (heavy sigh)

I am looking forward to "Shoot the Rapids" the next generation as I call it.

Paul, ugh, I'm going to have to respectfully disagree with you on the Ninja. I rode it Saturday and it didn't feel right. My back hurt so bad after just one ride and I grew up riding Ninja. We were the only ones on it and it was freaking cold so that might have had something to do with but it was still pretty bad.

Thanks for the welcome..

In general Ninja never feels right. I just wish they'd get rid of it and put something ride-able in it's place.

Have Fun

I'd be okay with that as long as they don't take out Screaming Eagle. I love how they have fixed it up in the last few years. Although Evel is my new fave SFSTL ride. Especally at night...love the views!

I love Volcano, don't get me wrong, but I miss the Haunted River at Kings Dominion. I also miss the Python at Six Flags America when it was known as Adventure World... I know there wasn't much to the Arrow shuttle loops, but the airtime when it pushed you down the hill was great!

Canada's Wonderland has a great clone of King Cobra. It really took me back. I was shocked how much it reminded me of King Cobra. Even the station is the same.

I'm hoping a Canada trip will be in the works within the next couple years. I've ridden the Kings Dominion almost-clone, but not the exact clone at Canada's Wonderland.

I've only ridden the shock wave. It does disappoint me that I won't be able to try King Cobra when I go to Kings Island next year. Are there any plans to re-open son of beast at all? It would be nice to be able to ride that one.

Skyrider (Togo standup at Canada's Wonderland) was so infinitely better than Shockwave. I was stunned, actually, at how not-miserable it was.

Wow, look how short the trees are around Top Gun!

King Cobra holds a special place in my heart because I remember very clearly being 15 and going back to my Chicago high school to explain how you were totally sideways going around the helix. Who knew I had coaster dork tendencies even then?! (I did chicken out on the Beast, though. Minor regret.)

Ok...sometime in the future we need to do a -G trip up to Canada so all these Togo lovers can get their fix. I'll need a few   before riding so it won't hurt as bad.

Have Fun
