How can it be competing? They are in different geographic locations. They might have the same target audience, but how many Americans would chose to go to China to go to an amusement park. Maybe to keep the Chinese in China, but I still have a hard time believing that, because many people do not tra...

Don't get me wrong, because I cannot wait to ride the Voyage. But how in the world can you say that the Voyage beats El Toro without riding either of them? That is like me saying vanilla ice cream beats chocolate ice cream whenever I have only tasted strawberry ice cream. I would say that the Voyage...

Not only do I miss Virginia Reel, I REALLY miss the Banshee! I want that ride back! A falling star would be a good addition to the Thanksgiving area don't you think.

It was a bit boring to ride on a simulator, but in real life it would probably be awesomely good filled with airtime. The tunnel at the beginning was odd. But as far as the recreation goes, it is great from what I can tell.

Great pictures, Paul! I love the negative image of your shadow. The caption about the Chance Toboggan gave me a chuckle. Thanks!

The best restaurant in Holiday World is the Alamo. The best in Splashin' Safari is Jungle Jake's or Zombabwe Grill. Even if you are not planning to go to the waterpark, it is worth the walk just for the food. Gas is never cheap. Holiday foods is across the road from Holiday World. Windell's is a goo...

That is why I chose Kentucky Rumbler. Not many people have heard of Beech Bend, and it has a very interesting layout with what look to be some great elements. El Toro and The Voyage have too much buzz to be considered a sleeper hit. Expedition Everest has some publicity and as the year moves on the ...
