As a result the last quarter of FireChaser Express throws everyone for a curve as it is in reverse.



FireChaser Express was really a lot of fun.  It was a wonderful ride for everyone with more than a few surprises.  It would be nice if more parks put up a heavily themed fun coaster like this for the whole family.



Between FireChaser Express and Mystery Mine sits River Battle.  This area of the park was a massive expansion for Dollywood.  It really wasn't a ride filled are a but there was a massive amount of work needed to bridge the Craftsmen's Valley and Timber Canyon.  Dollywood moved thousands of yards of dirt to make a loop out of this part of the park.



River Battle ended up being the anchor ride of the new section of Dollywood when it opened in 2008.  Designed and built by Mack Rides, River Battle is a really fun water ride where everyone has a water cannon and everyone becomes a target.  Unfortunately we were there for the final weekend of River Battle's operation as Dollywood has decided to remove it.
