It really sucks having the end of a truly amazing coaster season just a few weeks away instead of way off in the future.   One perk to the end of the season as all of the Halloween festivities at parks.  With Halloween being one of our favorite holidays we decided to head on over to Worlds of Fun for a couple of days of frights and rides.



Having only scored two Prowler rides last year and no night rides on it due to his ability to attract storms to the Kansas City area Brian decided to tag along with us.  We just hoped the storms would stay away.



Isn't she cute?  Worlds of Fun offers an all you can eat meal during most of the year that's only like $9 a person and if you go during the Haunt you're given cut to the head of the line passes for several of their haunted attractions to sweeten the pie.



We jumped at that deal and were surprised to find several of the Haunt's actors walking around messing with everyone while they were eating dinner.  This was really good for us as Bond was very nervous about the actors and getting to see them up and close without them jumping out to scare him totally relaxed him about what was to come later.  "Knife guy" was a favorite of his.
