The third turnaround on the Comet has is right under the first turnaround so you get some sense of speed with structure flying by you on either side.
Being a Jr. coaster the Comet is not a huge thriller but I thoroughly enjoyed it and could easily go back again and again because there's fore fun packed into it's 1400 feet of track than on some coasters four times it's size.
The Comet is a great coaster for everyone in the family to take a spin on together.
After a last run of bunny hops the Comet heads back onto it's skid brakes controlled by levers pulled on by ride operators. I love coasters in this day and age of automation still ran the old way.
