The Big Dipper was designed and built by John Miller who was probably the most prolific coaster designer of all time. In addition to building coasters his innovations like locking the coaster to the track and anti-rollbacks made the coasters of today possible.

Do you like airtime? If so the Big Dipper is for you as it's an out and back design with plenty of hills! In my opinion the closer you can get to the front the better the ride.
