Powder Keg was built from the remains of the old Buzz Saw Falls flume/coaster. In fact here's one of the old cars blasted through the roof for theming.
Greg and I were thoroughly impressed with the restraints on Powder keg. First you pull the lap bar down across your waist then the whole mechanism slides down on you making sure you're firmly but comfortably locked in for the extreme negative-g's that will be coming real soon.
Powder Keg pulls out of the station onto a transfer track that takes you sideways up to the launch track. From there you edge out of the building before...
