This wasn't Greg's first visit to Silver Dollar City as he had visited the park back as a child back in the 1970's. One of the rides that he remembered fondly was the Flooded Mine.
I can't bring my trusty side iron on the Flooded Mine, bummer. The Flooded Mine is not really well marked but when you make a visit to Silver Dollar City make sure you find it as it is a must ride.
Here's one of the inmates of the Flooded Mine doing hard time.
I know the sign said no firearms but the inmates are a pretty rough bunch in here and the Warden wanted us to be on the lookout for anyone trying to escape. His instructions were to shoot first and ask questions later.
