Photo Usage Guidelines

In addition to showing up here on Negative-G my photos have graced the pages of the London Sunday Telegraph, FHM Magazine, London Metro as well as numerous other web sites, lesson plans and school reports.

All of the photos on this site have been taken by myself or my wife Carrie and are Copyright 1999-2016 . I reserve all rights to my material and take ownership of it seriously. Still

Having such a large collection of amusement park and roller coaster photos here on the internet I have several guidelines for their usage elsewhere.

Educational Usage

If the photos are to be used in an educational capacity (lesson plans, reports or science fair projects) I give you permission to use my photos as long as you follow the following guidelines:

1. Please cite the photos to "Paul Drabek/Negative-G.com".

2. Please email me listing which photos you would like to use.

3. If you can please email me a copy of your report as I'd love to see your work.

Commercial Usage

My photos have graced the pages of several newspapers and magazines. Most of the time permission and compensation has been requested. Unfortunately a few times publications have stolen my photos. I am totally open to selling the rights to use my photos but if you decide to publish them without my permission I will assert all of my legal rights.

Web Site Usage

Having started Negative-G from just a handful of photos I understand how it is to start up your own web site. That being so I do not mind helping others with their sites. Here are my guidelines for photo usage on other web sites:

1. I will let you use four photos from my collection for your website.

2. Please email me letting me know which photos that you would like to use as well as giving me the URL of your site or if it is not up describe the type of site that you're working on.

3. Cite the photos to "Paul Drabek/Negative-G.com" as well as link them to Negative-G.com.

4. Let me know when they're up so I can go check out your website.

I reserve the right to change or amend these guidelines at any time and assert my ownership rights of my photos.
