The Windstorm was made by Zamperla of Italy and is a production model transportable coaster.
Zamparella made the Windstorm as a replacement for Galaxi portable coasters that are really getting up there in ages. I think there are only two Windstorm's in the US but I wouldn't complain if more were built because they are a pretty fun little coaster.
You can tell that The Windstorm is a portable coaster because there are no footers, it's basically built over a concrete slab with all of the structure and supports connected together.
