Lake Winnepesaukah Rossville, Georgia August 29, 2004 Page Three
It looks like since our last visit in 2002 that the Cannon Ball has received a fresh coat of paint and it looks stunning.
There used to be little parks like Lake Winnie all over the country with great coasters just like the Cannon Ball. While there are fewer and fewer of these small parks left it's truly a joy to spend a day at Lake Winnie getting more way rides and having way more fun than at a big theme park. Next time you're planning a trip give a small park like Lake Winnie a try because you won't be disappointed.
After turning around the Cannon Ball keeps up it's speed on it's way back to the station.
During our first trip to Lake Winnie the Cannon Ball was running ok but that was after a long dry summer. This year the Cannon Ball was running fast and smooth with some great air time.
