Due to the rocky terrain and the the parks desire to keep as many trees as possible Boulder Dash had to have been one of the most difficult coasters to build. 



Once you clear the lift there is nay a dull moment on Boulder Dash and it's speed and intensity just doesn't let up. 



One thing that I have heard about Boulder Dash that I heard was that after starting construction it's designers and builders at Custom Coasters International went back to the park and said that for a little bit more they could significantly extend the ride.  I'm glad the park did because otherwise you'd pull into the station wanting more and the way Boulder Dash is you pull into the station wanting more...rides that is.



On the return run to the station it seems that you spend more time out of your seat than in it as you're sped through hill after hill in rapid succession.
