After setting up camp it's always nice to take a stroll through the empty Knoebels Amusement Resort.  It's very peaceful and a nice way to begin the weekend.  Here's the Phoenix waiting patiently to thrill riders on Saturday and Sunday.

Unfortunately the weather in October is not that conducive for water rides so Knoebels flume sits idle.

It looks like Knoebels is doing some work on their second carousel.  I know it used to be a portable ride so I think this is the central mechanism for it.
