Belmont Park San Diego, California February 2001 Page Two
I love the Giant Dipper's station. Everything on this coaster down to the hardwood floors are immaculately taken care of. They really take pride in their coaster and have fun with it! I wish I lived in Southern California because it would have been super to take a date to Belmont Park on a nice summer evening.
Before you get to the lift the Dipper likes to confuse you a but. After dropping out of the station you head into a tunnel that twists and turns you all around so you're not that sure where you are.
The Giant Dipper has a legendary lift hill sound...it sounds like a marimba band. It's pretty cool.
