The New For 2006 Wooden Roller Coaster at Beech Bend Park In Bowling Green, Kentucky

The Rye Airplane had a distinctive "bottle neck" shaped structure for it's lift hill.  Beech Bend's coaster is not going to have the same structure but should be distinctive in it's own way with it's sloped side supports.

The station is going to be surrounded by the coaster with tracks right next to three sides of the station.  The station is right in the middle of this photo.  It's going to be over the concrete box structure.

I haven't mentioned the name of Beech Bend's 2006 coaster yet mainly because Beech Bend doesn't have a name for it yet.  According to Charlotte the park's Public Relations Director they couldn't figure any really unique name for it so they are going to have a name the coaster contest with the grand prize being a season pass and a seat on the first ride.

To make this coaster they are going to need fifty miles worth of board feet of lumber to put it all together.
